Hey folks! Thanks for stopping by. Please take a minute to make note of these latest announcements. Make sure you visit the calendar page as well!

Ø Not a whole lot going on right now as far as announcements go. All the usual summer stuff going on. Keep checking back!

Ø Keep an eye on the calendar for group runs NOT on Wednesday nights. If you are planning a workout and would like to invite others, let us know so we can put something on the calendar. You can also let everyone know by sending an email out on the BARS distribution list.

Ø Renew your membership if you have not done so!

Ø The committee members have agreed to give a free dinner and one drink to a member who has paid dues for 2010 and brings a potential member out to run on a Wednesday evening. One meal and drink per year.
