Spring is on the way
but it’s still mostly pretty cold outside… so until mild spring
weather shows up we will be meeting INDOORS at BHS (prior to an outdoor run),
right inside the pool entrance doors.
HOWEVER, if we have a warm evening then you might find us out in the
performing arts center parking lot.
Some of our members come to the run right from work and need to change
in the school locker rooms, so know that the facilities are available for you
to use as well. REMEMBER DURING THE DARK WINTER SEASON TO
BRING YOUR REFLECTIVE VEST (OR AT LEAST UNTIL DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME BEGINS
AGAIN). YAKTRAX ARE HELPFUL TOO
WHEN THERE HAS BEEN RECENT SNOWFALLS.

Want to try us out but feel unsure? Don’t worry. Our regular Wednesday-night runners have
a fairly wide pace range, so chances are you might be able to follow along with
someone. If you prefer, we can also
give you a map of our routes to take with you on your run. We have 3, 5, and 7-mile routes.

We usually go out to
eat after our Wednesday night runs at a local restaurant. Right now we are going out to Red
Robin’s on Grand River near Challis Rd. Keep in touch with us each week to find
out where we will be going after our workouts- sometimes we change! If you need to, you can shower and
change in the high school before going to the restaurant.

Our website is done
with new construction for now, but Robert is earnestly seeking suggestions and
input from anyone who has new ideas for our site. Please DON’T HESITATE to email him
