Sunday,
August 29th: A group will be meeting to run at Kensington
Metropark at 8:00am to run on the paved trail (some
start earlier). The trail is about 8.5
miles long and loops around the lake.
The group will be meeting in the Bay Woods parking lot (near the marina). Jonathan Miller from Runnin’
Gear will provide a water stop for runners at the West Boat Launch. Also, for those interested, there will be a
10k race at Brighton Rec on the dirt roads (mostly
the Cunningham loop). >click here< for
